This can be a challenge in our hectic lives, so we’d like to help. At the end of every month, you are invited to join us for an intimate evening of well-deserved rest and recovery. These 90-minute experiences are meticulously curated to restore you to your natural state of balance and serenity.

We’re taking care of everything, so you can take care of you.

When you arrive, you’ll find the studio bathed in low lighting, with candles burning, essential oils diffusing, and tranquil music playing softly in the background. Every element of support is prepared for you: a mat, bolster, blanket, blocks, eye pillow, and towel infused with your choice of essential oil. We request that all attendees respect silence upon entering, so that you may become fully immersed in inner quietude. The outside world fades away as you take solace within.

No work. No responsibilities. No noise.
Just breathing. Just being.
Just the bliss of existing in the present moment.

Your evening begins with a guided meditation intended to reconnect your body and mind, setting the stage for deep rest. Following 10-15 minutes of gentle movement, you’ll settle into fully supported restorative yoga postures designed to soothe the nervous system. With your consent, we offer additional hands-on assists and healing touch to encourage the body’s relaxation response and to nurture a profound sense of calm. It’s here, in the serenity of stillness, that deep self-healing begins. The calming tones of crystal singing bowls pour over the body, cleansing and clarifying the spaces within. Thoughts dissolve, as the senses take refuge in pure resonance.

The combined effects of intentional rest, deep-rooted comfort, and vibrational therapy, will leave you feeling replenished and renewed from the inside out.

 

To ensure an intimate and personalized experience, these gatherings are intentionally limited, with reduced space available and pre-registration required. Arrangements are prepared for each participant before their arrival. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins.

We encourage you to dress in whatever attire feels most comfortable and invite you to bring along any additional items that may be conducive to rest— water, an extra blanket, your coziest pair of socks. If you have your own yoga mat, we welcome you to bring it as well. We’ll have one prepared for you.
