Gentle
Yoga

Gentle Yoga is our foundational “beginner” class. It introduces the building blocks of breath, movement, and the mindbody connection, in a safe and supportive environment. This class moves slowly and emphasizes ease as much as effort. Props and variations are offered for assistance, alignment, and comfort, in all body types.

No yoga experience is necessary to attend. Come as an absolute beginner or a seasoned yogi in need of something soft and mellow.


Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a cool, quiet, meditative practice designed to bring balance to overactive minds and bodies. Deep, passive stretches are utilized to release tension, open energetic pathways, enhance circulation, and improve flexibility. Expect to feel liberated from the inside- out.

This practice beautifully complements other more dynamic (Yang) styles of yoga such as Vinyasa. All levels are welcome.


Slow Flow

Slow Flow offers a more relaxed approach to the vinyasa style, in which movement is synchronized with the natural rhythm of the breath. This class is unhurried but deliberate and will encourage strength, balance, flexibility, and release, in the entire body. The pace and postures of this class strike the ideal balance between challenge and calm.

All levels of experience are welcome.


All Levels

All Levels is slow-paced with a focus on foundations. Expect to feel strong, aligned, relaxed, and renewed, by the time you leave. Props are encouraged to individualize and enhance your practice. The format of this class is often less structured and offers ample time to explore common movement patterns in new ways.

Perfect for the continuing beginner or the advanced practitioner seeking a more casual environment. All levels are welcome!


Flow + Release

Flow + Release is a harmonious blend of movement and stillness. We move first through a comfortably paced vinyasa flow designed to open the body and loosen tensions within. The second half of class offers cooler, passive, floor-based postures that calm the nervous system. The final 30 minutes promote comfort and clarity at the deepest level.

This class is designed to be everything you need in one perfectly balanced, breath-centered hour.

All levels are welcome; though some yoga experience is recommended to take full advantage of the practice. As always, suggestions are offered throughout class to enable and empower you to make this hour exactly what you need it to be.


Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa classes intelligently link the movement of the body with the movement of the breath. This practice is energetic and rhythmic in nature, building heat while cultivating deep internal awareness. The continual movement of this practice increases mobility and heart rate, while the steady cycles of inhales and exhales provide a calming mental focal point. Each class is creatively sequenced to encourage strength, balance, and flexibility, while using the (Ujjayi) breath as an anchor. 

All levels are welcome, though we suggest having a strong foundational practice before attending these classes. Modifications are offered to accommodate different bodies and levels of mobility. Make this practice your own. Find your flow!


Power Flow

Power Flow is a dynamic, energetic, vinyasa style practice in which movement of the body is linked with the movement of the breath. Expect to build heat as you flow through challenging postures and transitions that elicit strength, flexibility, balance, and character.

“Heated Power Flow” is approximately 85 degrees and continues to rise throughout the duration of class. Please drink plenty of water in advance, and bring your yoga mat towel.

Intermediate and advanced levels welcome.
