Whether you’re seeking to reduce stress, improve focus, or simply find a moment of stillness in your busy day, this session will provide you with the tools and understanding to begin your meditation journey.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Address common misconceptions and challenges people face when starting a meditation practice, such as restlessness or doubts about "doing it right"

  • Understand the powerful benefits of meditation, including improved mental clarity, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to the present moment

  • Engage in a short breathwork and movement practice to release tension, settle the body, and calm the mind

Each participant will also receive a recorded meditation to practice at home, helping to maintain your “still zone” long after the workshop ends.
