We offer multiple weekly classes in Spring Hill and Columbia, TN, ranging from relaxing and restorative to vigorous vinyasa flow. Each style of yoga offers it’s own unique benefits that you can take “off the mat” and into your life.

Try them all with your New Student Special:


Whether you’re new to yoga or just to us, we know how intimidating “firsts” can be. Here’s some information to prepare you for your visit.

  • Wear something that feels good. It does not have to be spandex or stylish. Anything fitting and comfortable is perfect.

  • We have extra mats. If you’d like to bring your own, you’re welcome to. If you don’t own one or forget yours at home, we have plenty of spares; and they’re free. We have all the other props you might need- blanket, blocks, bolsters, straps. Bring some water, and leave the rest to us.

  • Plan to arrive a few minutes early to meet with us and learn your way around. We’ll give you the tour and make sure you have everything you need for class.

  • Honor your body. Do what feels good, and never push through pain. You are your greatest teacher. We’re just here to help.

  • All classes are an hour long, unless otherwise noted, and typically end with 5-10 minutes of conscious and constructive rest/meditation. This is the most important (and usually the most enjoyable) part!

  • Yoga classes will often close with the phrase “Namaste”. Roughly translated, it’s a greeting in the Sanskrit language. It signifies that a deeper part of us has awoken, and that we recognize it within ourselves as well as within each other.
